Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using to do ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.

To use certain features of the app, you must sign in with your Apple ID using Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for:

• Interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Your Content

You retain all rights to the tasks, notes, and other content you create in the app ("Your Content"). By using the app, you grant us a license to store, process, and transmit Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the app's services to you.

You are responsible for Your Content and represent that:

• You own or have the right to use Your Content
• Your Content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
• Your Content does not contain malicious code or harmful materials

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee that:

• The app will be available at all times without interruption
• The app will be free from errors or bugs
• Your data will be backed up or preserved in case of service failure

We recommend that you regularly back up important task data.

Third-Party Services

The app relies on third-party services including Firebase (Google) and Apple Sign In. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for any third-party services or their availability.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless to do and its developers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the app or violation of these Terms.

Changes to the App

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the app at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may stop using the app at any time. Upon termination, your license to use the app will immediately cease.
